2. Organizational Structure

Forage Healing is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness through education, community support, and the creation of herbal and natural remedies.

Forage Market, LLC is a separate legal entity operating the online shop and retail store. While the two entities share branding and work together to support Forage Healing’s mission, they are legally distinct.

  • Donations to Forage Healing are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

  • Purchases from Forage Market, LLC are not tax-deductible.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases from the Site. By using this Site, you represent that you are of legal age to enter into binding agreements.

 

4. Products and Services

All products listed in the online shop are sold by Forage Market, LLC.
