Forage Healing Foundation (“Forage Healing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in New Hampshire and registered to operate in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit foragehealing.org (the “Site”), make a donation, or otherwise communicate with us. It applies to this foundation website only. Our education product, Forage Academy, and our sister wellness marketplace, Forage Market, each operate under their own separate privacy notices.

Payment information. Donations are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Your full payment card number is entered directly with Stripe and is not stored on our servers. We receive limited transaction details (such as the amount, date, and a confirmation) needed to issue your donation receipt and keep our records.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits, including through cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Information

• To process your donations and issue contribution receipts and acknowledgments.
