Welcome to Forage Healing Foundation (“Forage Healing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in New Hampshire and registered to operate in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of foragehealing.org (the “Site”) and any donations you make through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

About Us

Forage Healing Foundation is a family-led nonprofit dedicated to whole-person health through natural healing, education, and biblical wisdom. Our education program, Forage Academy, and our sister wellness marketplace, Forage Market, operate under their own separate terms.

Use of the Site

• You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or other users' use of it.
• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

Donations

Donations to Forage Healing Foundation are voluntary and are processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe.

• Tax-deductibility. Forage Healing Foundation is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and no goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation unless explicitly stated. We will provide a written acknowledgment for your records. Please consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility in your situation.
• Recurring donations. If you choose a recurring (e.g., monthly) donation, your selected payment method will be charged automatically on each cycle until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at hello@foragehealing.org; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund charges already processed.
• Refunds. Because donations are charitable gifts, they are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error or processed incorrectly, contact us within 15 days and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.

Intellectual Property

The content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the hedera mark, and the name “Forage Healing,” is owned by or licensed to Forage Healing Foundation and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Educational & Wellness Content Disclaimer

Information on the Site is provided for general educational and informational purposes only and is not medical, health, legal, or professional advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read here.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forage Healing Foundation, its directors, officers, volunteers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party websites, including Forage Academy and Forage Market. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
